Shipping Policy
At Bindi, we offer free shipping on all orders over Rs.1000. For orders under Rs.999, a flat rate shipping fee of Rs.70 will be applied. We ship all orders via our courier partner whose service will be available in your given pin code and provide tracking information to our customers. We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy for home and kitchen accessories allows customers to return or exchange products only in the event of a manufacturing defect. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. To process a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team for instructions. We will not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all original packaging and accessories. We do not accept returns for any personalized or custom items.
